Hazur Sahib Nanded railway station

Hazur Sahib Nanded ((マラーティー語:हुजुर साहेब नांदेड)) is an ''A-Category''〔http://www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in/view_section.jsp?lang=0&id=0,1,291,356,1130〕 railway station serving the city of Nanded in the state of Maharashtra, India. The station falls under Nanded Division which was formed in 2003, until then the station used to be a part of Hyderabad Division. It is one of the major railway stations of South Central Railway (SCR), and stands 4th for passenger earnings in SCR zone. The station lies on Secunderabad-Manmad line and has high traffic because of Takht Sachkhand Shri Hazur Abchalnagar Sahib, which is the resting place of one of the Sikh gurus.

Nanded is connected to all the major cities of India like Mumbai, Secunderabad, Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Banglore, Pune, Kolkata, Aurangabad and Nizamabad. It is served by 48 pairs of trains everyday and has multiple weekly connections to other major cities.〔
